Education adjusts curriculum to include civics and ethics content

More than adding new subjects to the class schedule, the Ministry of Education proposes to strengthen the school curriculum with content on citizenship, derechos y anti-corruption. This proposal is part of the National Anticorruption Strategy, presented weeks ago by the Government. 

The idea of ​​the Ministry of Education is to strengthen from the classrooms the practice of citizen values that promote social coexistence. The minister of that State portfolio, Mary Brown, explained that the adjustments will be incorporated into the new curriculum, introduced a few months ago. And among the changes in the approach to the curriculum are these new contents, which for now are analyzed together with the Anticorruption Secretariat.
