Ethics and compliance are two sides of the same coin, because without a clear ethical awareness there can be no truly operational compliance. This is nothing more than the reflection of the ethics applied in a specific act of the company, specifically, regulatory compliance.
According to the first survey of corporate practices in ethics by FGE and Razor Consulting, 95% of companies in Chile have implemented an ethics program and 45% have at least one employee who is partially or exclusively focused on ethics issues within the organization.
