Long before the pandemic was declared, the regime tended to confine us at home due to the deplorable economic conditions that prevented the regular use of public transport and the performance of the state bureaucracy itself, for example, forcing holidays. Legitimating the acts of irresponsibility of the established power, it was not possible for public opinion to deal with the matter, censored and blocked, prevented from assessing an unprecedented situation.
