Law and ethics

The social sciences at this time offer many controversial and challenging aspects. One of them is, of course, the relationship between Law and Ethics or, if you prefer, between Law and Morals. It is an eternal topic of Law that we can only address, for obvious reasons, with a reduced length. At this point, it is enough to remember that throughout the history of thought, many theories have been proposed in favor of separation, whether based on social relevance, or on the criterion of interiority or exteriority, of the subjectivity-objectivity binomial. However, Morality and Law are two dimensions of the practical existence of man, of the human being, two ways of understanding and capturing the meaning of the reality that surrounds him and his own. On the contrary, they are not two types of norms.
