A deteriorated ethos and ethics

In the cities a feeling of helplessness is perceived, the validity of the law of the jungle. At any moment, disorder, chaos and violence arise from marginal sectors, particularly youth. The authorities normalize or do nothing about it. It is evident that the institutional framework is not working. Abuses from idiotized sectors are allowed to pass. In the Greek sense of the concept "idiots", those who do not take responsibility for the consequences of their public actions and omissions.
