Today, companies must respond to the challenge that human capital requests: happiness in the company.
I would like to highlight a paragraph included in the First article of Law 11/2018, of December 28 where organizations are required to include in the EINF (State of Non-Financial Information) commitments to sustainable development and the impact that companies have on employment in society and local development. We can see that this issue has already become a regulatory formalism.
These commitments, together with conciliation, flexibility, promotion, training, motivation, collaborative spirit, diversity... (extremely intangible concepts), must form a fundamental part of organizations as pillars to promote greater retention of talent.
