The road to an ethical artificial intelligence in Latin America

A few months ago, the CEO of Telefónica José María Álvarez-Pallete declared at the opening of the Mobile World Congress 2021 that 40% of the data that was being generated was through conversations between machines. Given the projections of networked devices, it is very likely that today most of the information is generated between machines, without the intervention (and partly without the knowledge) of humans. Added to this is the fact that for years there have been hundreds of laboratories exploring ways for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to learn to create itself. That is, not only are algorithms concentrating most of the conversations, but some of the rules of these conversations and interactions can (are?) established by machines.
