For an ethical search for heirs

According to data from the General Council of Notaries, 40% of Spaniards die without having made a will and it is estimated that, of the remaining total, between 10% and 15% will end up being intestate due to the ineffectiveness of the will. In total, it is estimated that some 100 million euros remain unallocated to their legitimate heirs in our country. In addition, it is very common that this situation crosses borders and that those who could be called to the inheritance are Spaniards or descendants of Spaniards residing in other countries, whose whereabouts are unknown at the time of liquidating the assets. Neither public administrations nor notaries or law firms have the knowledge, territorial scope or tools to locate them.
