Ethics and transparency have become two necessary features of co-responsibility within companies, which must materialize with forceful actions, in a great effort to combat corruption, bribery and other irregularities; which will undoubtedly facilitate the creation of fundamental environments of trust and transparency when it comes to favoring long-term investments and financial stability.
According to the report 'Edelman Trust Barometer 2022', published by the research firm Edelman Data & Intelligence (Dxl), 88 percent of institutional investors consider environmental, social and corporate governance factors important when investing in a company.
