-Trainer and consultant on topics such as Electoral Law, Right of Association and regulation on the functioning of social and citizen organizations
-He has been Legal Advisor of the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito, Secretary of the Civil and Criminal Commission of the National Congress; Advisor to the Vice Presidency and Presidency of the National Congress
