Talk: Labor Ethics in Regular Education Centers


At present, the increase in the prevalence of autism and the diagnostic broadening of the spectrum make it necessary to rethink care models and plan for a future in which support services are diversified, involving a greater number of professionals and organizations

Teachers must know the framework of rules, laws and ethical codes that regulate their professional actions, but by itself this knowledge does not guarantee that their practices are based on an ethical and rights perspective.

In the daily routine of professional practice, there are situations in which professionals are not aware that with their personal behavior or attitude they contribute to the person not enjoying the same opportunities as others, so it is advisable to maintain a open and self-critical towards themselves, and also towards the way in which professional practice is organized and developed.
